The São Paulo Court of Justice has created the "CEJUSC-SAÚDE" to lessen the cases of judicialization of demands related to unavailable medicine. This is a really good news to be divulgated .
The sistem allows anyone to asks for medicine supply in the SUS list, in the cases that the request was made directly in the health units and was not attended for being out of stock, not having the amount prescribed or any other reason.
To use this sistem, the user must acess the CEJUSC-SAÚDE sistem available in http://esaj.tjsp.jus.br/petpg-conciliacao/abrirPedidoMedicamentos.do, in this website the user wil need to fill the asked personal informations, the desired medicine list and a brief explanation of what happened (in short, in what unity was the medicine declined, for what reason and the date), the user will also need to import the prescription and all of the documentation needed. Counting the moment the request was made, the government has a 72 hours limit to inform the user about the request.
The CEJUSC-SAÚDE page also contains information, like the Relation of National Medicine - Rename (SUS), cities that participate in the CEJUSC project and a video guide on how to use it.
Instituted in december of 2022, CEJUSC-SAÚDE is the result of an agreetment between the São Paulo State Courts, the Federal Courts, the Ministry of Health, the State Government, São Paulo City Hall, the Council of Municipal Health Secretariats (Cosems-SP), the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defender's Office.
